Fortnite down: update 28.20 is coming – when will the servers be back up today (February 7)
FORTNITE players won’t be able to play the game this morning, February 7, 2024, and many are wondering when the servers will be back.
Fortnite servers are down at the moment for maintenance, to deploy update 28.20 into the game.
Why is Fortnite down?
Fortnite updates require several hours of downtime to release into the game, and right now servers are down to launch v28.20.
Apart from general fixes, the new update will also kick off the TMNT event, which is due to start properly on Friday, February 9, 2024.
Players were expecting update 28.20 to come yesterday, but developers Epic Games had different plans this time.
