A STREAMING app used by millions has "finally" landed on Samsung TVs, granting owners access to more than 1,300 new shows and films.

Many people assume the TVs on the shelves today will come ready-loaded with the mainstream apps - but that's not always the case.

While not every TV displays every streaming app out there, companies do typically make an effort to listen to its customers' desires.

Now, after high demand, Samsung TV owners in the US can now install the popular Crunchyroll app, which hosts one of the largest anime libraries in the world.

Samsung users in other countries will to gain access to the Crunchyroll app "by the end of the week," according to Samsung.

"FINALLY," one fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
