PLAYSTATION has just announced three big-name games coming to the platform this month.

All of the games will be free for subscribers of every level of PlayStation Plus, including PS Plus Essential.

The headliner of the announcements is Foamstars, the new Splatoon-like 4v4 arena battler from Square Enix.

Foamstars will be added to the service on its release date, February 6, which is rare for games coming to PS Plus.

While competitor Xbox Game Pass often includes day-one releases, PS Plus has tended to opt out of this strategy.

Foamstars tries to distance itself from Splatoon by allowing the players to stack foam vertically, changing up the arena they play in.

More in PlayStation

The next game available is Rollerdome, which received an amazing 81 rating on review aggregate site Metacritic.

It blends together the roller skating action of Jet Set Radio, with a third-person shooter, to create a unique action game.

The last game of the group is Steelrising, which is a fairly recent soulslike game first released in 2022.

Set in alt-history Paris during the French Revolution where a robot uprising has taken over the country, you play as Aegis, a mysterious automaton.

Both Foamstars and Rollerdome are available to PS4 and PS5 users, while Steelrising is exclusive to PS5.

All three games will be available from February 6 until March 4, so make sure that you pick them up while you can.
