AMAZON Fire TV Stick users could be making a loading screen mistake while downloading updates.
That's according to Fire Stick experts who revealed a specific time users should wait for the loading screen to disappear.
According to the experts at Lifewire, you should be waiting 10 minutes before worrying about Fire Stick loading issues.
The outlet says Fire Sticks can take a while to load some content.
There can also be a loading wait time when you're installing updates.
Lifewire says: "If you turn your Fire Stick on and it sits on the logo loading screen, wait at least 10 minutes to see if the issue resolves itself."
If the loading screen remains after 10 minutes, you might be dealing with a bigger issue.
A poor internet connection can negatively impact your loading speeds.
Make sure you're using a network fast enough to support streaming on your Fire TV Stick.
