Your devices can be slow if you don't clear your cookies regularly.

Virtual cookies are small blocks of data created when you're browsing online.

The data is collected to aid your internet experience and help your favorite sites load faster.

Cookies help you do things like automatically sign into your accounts and help some images on apps and websites load faster.

They can be useful but they can also slow you down.

According to : "To make sure your devices are running at full speed, you should regularly clear the internet cache and cookies."

Noting: "Just remember that once you’ve cleared your cache and cookies, some site settings get deleted."

You may find you have to log in again or some sites are a little slower but overall you can experience faster browsing speeds.

It is quick and easy to clear the cache on an iPhone if you use Safari.

Go to your Settings app and click on the Safari option.

Scroll down until you reach Clear History Website Data under the Privacy & Security section, then tap to activate.

It's also easy to clear your cache on the Chrome app and on Google Chrome for your computer.

You just need to edit your Preferences in the Menu section.

Click on More tools and then Clear browsing data.
