The overlooked Amazon Fire Stick app that’s filled with hundreds of free TV shows and movies
YOU don't need to pay a penny to watch great TV if you know where to look.
Amazon Fire Stick's have a handful of free ad-supported streaming apps available to install, but they are frequently overlooked.
Amazon even has an in-house app, called Freevee, filled with hundreds of free TV shows and movies.
Parks and Recreation, Jury Duty, Whiplash, Scott Pilgrim vs the world, Donnie Darko, Fargo, and Love Rosie are just a small selection of Freevee's packed offering.
The app is the new home for Aussie soap Neighbours which is set to make a big return.
It is also set to host content from film giant MGM and Warner Bros Discovery, such as Cake Boss, Extreme Couponing, Ghost Brothers, Paranormal Lockdown, Say Yes to the Dress and Long Lost Family.

The app as we know it today came from - one of the internet's most popular movie and TV rating websites for decades.
IMDb was actually an early addition to the World Wide Web way back in 1996, when its website first launched.
The site was bought by Jeff Bezos' Amazon just two years later for $55million (£44million).
Amazon spun IMDb out into a streaming service called IMDb Freedive - a name which is often met with the sound of crickets.

It's safe to say the streaming service didn't take off, partly due to the fact that it was only available in the US.
However, a well-timed rebrand was all it needed.
So, then came Freevee.
While it doesn't have the catalogue or the budget of Netflix, it has a collection of old classics that are hard to find elsewhere, including Bewitched, The Twilight Zone and Murder She Wrote.
To give viewers so much content for free, all it does it push out adverts in the same way live telly does.
And to access it, users only need an Amazon account - one of the free one's at that, no Prime necessary.
