Yes, TNT Sports is available on Virgin Media.
Fortunately, if you're already subscribed to BT Sport you don't need to do anything.

"Just tune to the same channels you did previously."

- TNT Sports 4 HD - channel 530
- TNT Sports Ultimate - channel 531
