PlayStation fans rush to grab games from 2023 already at their lowest prices ever
2023 has been an excellent year for gaming already, with many games rated in the high-80s and 90s already.
We may have only just entered August, but there are so many incredible games that have already come out it’s hard to keep up.
Part of that is the price, as it’s been hard for gamers to match all of their enthusiasm for these amazing games with what’s in their wallets.
Luckily, summer is now here, and that means it’s time for all the major gaming outlets to hold massive sales.
PlayStation is currently running the final week of its Summer Sale, with up to 90% off a number of games.
The games we were most excited by were the games released this year, which have dropped to their lowest prices ever.

First up are both Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden, which were both ported to modern consoles this year.
Persona 3 was the rebrand for the series, moving to 3D action for the first time and adding in the relationship mechanics.
Persona 4 is considered one of the best games in the series, as we follow the protagonist who is sent to the Japanese countryside and must start over.
A bundle containing both of these games is available on the PlayStation Store for just £23.09 ($27.64).

Sonic Origins Plus was only released in June, but it’s already on sale with a decent discount.
This is a collection that includes Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic 2, Sonic 3 and Knuckles, and Sonic CD, alongside a number of the Sonic Game Gear games.
You can grab the entire collection where you can play as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles or Amy in any of the games for just £26.24 ($29.99).
Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is a relaxing farming simulator which also launched in June this year.
You can start building your farm, and get to know the people around town for just £27.99 ($39.99).
The final 2023 game we recommend from the sale is the PlayStation exclusive Tchia, a tropical open world adventure game.
It’s down to a tiny £18.84 ($19.49), and is a great game to play with your family.
If you’re feeling brave you can also try out The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, but as one of the worst-rated games of the year, we don’t recommend it.
