How do you delete a BeReal post

Instructions for deleting a BeReal post varies depending on whether you're using iOS or Android.

To delete a BeReal post on iOS:

1. Tap the three-dot menu at the bottom right corner of your post
2. Go to Options
3. Then Select Delete My BeReal

To delete a BeReal post on Android:

1. Tap on the dot menu in the top right corner of your post
2. Select Delete my BeReal

How do you delete a BeReal before it loads

As the name suggests, BeReal is about you showing your authentic self, so no trying different photos until you're satisfied with what you see.

You only get one chance to delete a BeReal post and retake it.

If you choose to delete the retake as well, you won't be able to post again until the next day's prompt comes through.
