Google makes massive change that could save you heaps of cash when you’re shopping
GOOGLE is rolling out a brand new feature that will save online shoppers some cash.
The tech giant will now show users discount codes directly for any product listings they see.
Usually you have to go hunting for vouchers yourself but this latest development should make it a lot easier for bargain-hungry buyers.
And it couldn't come at a better time with the current cost of living crisis in full swing.
Codes will appear whenever the person selects an item labelled with "Special Offer".
Before, Google would only label items that were on sale or had their price cut.

The change means codes on offer can easily be copied and pasted for use at the store's checkout.
Google says the feature is being rolled out "in the coming weeks".
But it's not the only big change centred around shopping.
Another handy feature is price insights, so consumers can workout whether they're getting a good deal or not.

It'll show you how one merchant’s price compares to others’.
And it will also indicate whether the price tag is low, typical or high for that product.

Another improvement is the ability to compare deals side by side.
It means if you search for a women’s puffer coat, for example, Google will display a side-by-side comparison of available puffer coat deals directly in your results, meaning less time researching for you.
