“Protein bor” is how , a popular fitness TikToker from Ireland, pronounces “protein bar.”

His followers began light-heartedly joking with him about his thick accent, leaving comments saying “protein bor” below his videos.

Naturally, fans started to make duets of his videos and comments poking fun at him, but he leveraged it to make a name for himself as a fitness influencer who is nearing 1million followers.

Most of his videos are workouts, but he also promotes protein products and has a bit of fun.
