Minecraft 1.19.10 patch notes: How to duplicate an Allay
TODAY saw Minecraft Bedrock Edition release a minor update with one big change in store.
The Allay is a new mob added in version 1.19 after winning a fan vote at Minecon Earth 2021.
This cute little angel floats around and collects up more of whatever item you give it. This makes them a great help for automated farms.
Previously, the only way to obtain them was to save them from the cages around Pillager Outposts, but now rather than breeding them like horses, you can make one duplicate itself.
How Allay duplication works - Minecraft 1.19.10
First thing’s first, you need to craft yourself a Jukebox. This can be done by placing a diamond in the centre of a crafting table, and completely surrounding it in wooden planks.

Next, place your Jukebox near an Allay and insert any music disc. These can be obtained either in dungeon chests or by getting a Skeleton to kill a Creeper.
Once the music plays, the Allay should start dancing. Note that it will stop dancing if you take the music disc out, or it gets too far away from the Jukebox.
While it is dancing, give the Allay an Amethyst Shard. These shards will slowly grow on any Amethyst block, which is found in rare geodes added to the underground in Minecraft 1.18.
If you’ve done everything right a heart will pop out of the Allay and a second one will appear. Both the original and new Allay will have a 5-minute cooldown before they can duplicate again.

Other Minecraft 1.19.10 changes
The llamas that spawn with Travelling Merchants have unique clothes on their backs.
This means that the only way to get your hands on one is to wait for a Travelling Merchant to spawn, mercilessly slaughter them, and take the llamas for your own.
Thankfully this update adds a spawn egg for these unique llamas, so there is another way to get hold of them; even if it requires cheating.
On top of that, a bunch of bug fixes have come to Bedrock Edition, including a bug that crashed the game when The Wither was spawned
