Microsoft exec accused of watching VR porn in the OFFICE – including ‘erotic pillow fight’ clip

A SENIOR Microsoft staffer has been accused of watching virtual reality "porn" in full view of his colleagues.

According to Business Insider, Alex Kipman viewed an online video of an "erotic" pillow fight between two women during a recent meeting.

Kipman is one of the U.S. tech giant's top execs and is tasked with leading its innovations in computing.

He remains at the company and it's unclear whether his employer took action against him following the incident.

It's one of a number of accusations made by an investigation into the inappropriate conduct of executives at the U.S. tech giant.

Dozens of sources told Insider that top execs' misconduct goes unchecked, particularly among a group of so-called golden boys.

That's despite Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella recently pledging to end the company's tolerance for "talented jerks."

Current and former staff allege that Kipman has repeatedly behaved inappropriately towards women.

He has been accused of unwanted touching of female colleagues and, in one instance, watching VR porn at the workplace.

One employee told Insider that the developer once watched a lewd VR video in front of staff in the office.

The clip featured scantily-clad women engaging in an "overtly sexual" pillow fight on a bed, Insider said.

One employee who was present described the scene as "VR porn".

Sources said that the incident is indicative of a broader pattern of behaviour among Microsoft's top staffers.

Verbal abuse and sexual harassment are reportedly rife within the company.

Speaking to Insider, Microsoft declined to confirm or deny any of the allegations made against its staff.

The company said that it investigates such allegations and takes action when a claim is substantiated.

"Every reported claim we receive is investigated, and for every claim found substantiated there is clear action taken," a Microsoft spokesperson told The Sun.

"This disciplinary action can range from termination, to demotion, loss of pay or bonus, official reprimand, mandatory training, coaching, or combination of some of these."

Kipman did not respond to a request for comment.

It follows a report last year that female staffers at Microsoft were "groped and spanked" at work.

was hit with a discrimination lawsuit in 2015 in which women at the company claimed they were "ignored, abused, or degraded."

It also alleged that male bosses ran a “good ol' boy culture” where “abuse and toxic behaviour” was accepted.
