Elon Musk reveals who he’s voting for in the next election after previously claiming not to be ‘Republican nor Democrat’

ELON Musk has verbally committed to vote Republican for the first time in his voting history.

Musk’s announcement that he would vote Republican came during a live interview with the hosts of the All In podcast.

Musk's political leanings are difficult to categorize in the current climate

"I have voted overwhelmingly for Democrats, historically. Like I'm not sure, I might never have voted for a Republican, just to be clear," Musk . "Now this election I will.”

Musk signaled his dissatisfaction with the Democrats, remarking, “The issue here is the Democratic Party is overly controlled by the unions and trial lawyers.” 

Musk called unions “another form of monopoly,” - a dig at labor groups that are currently engaged in against large companies such as Amazon and Starbucks.

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO did sting Republicans for their tendency toward “religious zealotry”.
