Do you need to enter a new password for an online account?
Here's some advice: don't use ANY on from the list below.
Cybersecurity company has revealed the 200 most common passwords used in 2021 - and honestly, some of them are absolute shockers.
In the NordPass , you can see results broken down by 50 different countries.
In at number 1 for the UK is '123456', while in at number 2 is - you've guessed it - 'password'.
We were more surprised by number 3, which is 'liverpool' - whether that reflects a widespread love of the city or the football team, we're not sure.

Among car-themed passwords, 'ferrari' and 'porsche' are the most popular, while the top animal-related password is 'dolphin'.
Needless to say, using any of these passwords is a bad idea - but don't think that choosing your childhood pet's name is much safer.
Especially you're using it across all your online accounts -you're better off having a different password for each of them.
If remembering just one online password is difficult enough, it's worth using a password manager that will do the hard work for you.
