AMAZON has banned one of its own accounts on its streaming platform Twitch after a rogue host flashed her nipple during a broadcast.
The US tech giant briefly suspended its Spanish-language Prime Video Twitch channel on Sunday after host Henar Alvarez exposed herself on-air.
The ban was lifted after less than 24 hours and the broadcast appears to have been deleted from the channel.
Nudity is strictly prohibited on Twitch and streamers are frequently slapped with temporary bans for exposing themselves even briefly.
It is unusual, however, for Amazon to effectively ban itself from one of its own platforms.
According to , the flashing took place during a segment on the late-night talk show Esto es un Late.
The hosts were at the end of the show when one of them – 37-year-old Alvarez – lifted her shirt to briefly expose her nipple on camera.
Prior to the incident, the comedian and writer apparently joked that showing nudity was one way to end the hours-long stream.

"We're about to be banned," she said laughing. "Come on. They're going to ban us!"
The producer of the show cut the feed but it was too late, and the PrimeVideoES Twitch channel was banned as predicted.
Another of the co-hosts - Mister Jagger - tweeted afterwards that Esto es un Late is the "best programme in the world".
Amazon bought Twitch for just shy of $1billion in 2014 and the streaming platform has gone from strength to strength in the years since.
Thanks to a surge in users during the coronavirus pandemic, the service now boasts as many as two million concurrent viewers at any one time.
Broadcasters stream themselves playing video games, cooking, chatting with friends and more.
Unlike rival streaming platforms such as OnlyFans, however, users are strictly prohibited from posting explicit content.
