Roblox STILL down as outage enters third day leaving millions of users ‘absolutely broken’
ROBLOX is STILL down as the global outage enters its third day - leaving millions of users "absolutely broken".
Reports of a Roblox outage first started popping up on social media on Thursday, with platform bosses still working to resolve the issue.
In its latest tweet on the situation, Roblox has blamed the outage on an "internal cause" after many fans rushed to blame its partnership with Chipotle.
The tweet reads: "We believe we have identified an underlying internal cause of the outage.
"We’re in the process of performing the necessary engineering and maintenance work to get Roblox back up and running ASAP. Thanks for your patience."
But many gamers have already lost their patience - with one parent saying it "was like the end of the world" because her son was "freaking out".
Another parent said: "I feel your pain. My boys are absolutely broken."
A third added: "All my girls have done is kick off about it not working."
It comes after Roblox rubbished claims the Chipotle partnership brought the game down after fans accused the burrito chain of causing the global server outage.

Many fans were quick to blame Chipotle's virtual Halloween-themed burrito promotion for the outage. - but Roblox has denied such claims as they insisted they are making "progress".
In a tweet, Roblox said: "Still making progress on today’s outage. We’ll continue to keep you updated.
"Once again, we apologize for the delay. We know that this outage was not related to any specific experiences or partnerships on the platform."
A message of the Roblox website reads: "We're making things more awesome. Be back soon."
Roblox was the brainchild of Canadian David Baszucki, who had been involved in programming educational physics and mechanical simulation software since 1989.
In 2004, he and co-founder Erik Cassel, created the beta version of Roblox under the name DynaBlocks.
Baszucki started testing the first demos that year and eventually renamed the game a year later in line with the company brand.
The game officially launched in 2006.
