Call of Duty: Black Ops 5 – The first-person shooter is heavily rumoured for an October 2020 release to tie in with the release of the PS5 and the next Xbox, the Xbox Two. It's apparently set in the Cold War, though games-maker Treyarch has yet to confirm it even exists yet.
Cyberpunk 2077 – Unveiled at E3 2019, Cyberpunk 2077 is an RPG set in a futuristic, dystopian California. It's due for release in April 2020 but will likely also launch for next-gen consoles later that year.
Death Stranding – The latest title from Hideo Kokima, the mastermind behind the Metal Gear series, PlayStation fans are practically frothing at the mouth for this confirmed release. It's due out in November but don;t be surprised if a PS5 release follows next year.
The Elder Scrolls VI – The next game in the hugely-successful Elder Scrolls series has been in the works for years. The fourth instalment, Oblivion, came out in 2006, while the fifth, Skyrim, release in 2011, meaning we're well overdue a sequel.
Ghost of Tsushima – All we know about this gorgeous Japanese hack-and-slash is a gameplay trailer shown at E3 2018. It'll likely come out next year around the time the PS5 launches.
Grand Theft Auto 6 – The latest Grand Theft Auto game may come as early as next year, according to the latest leaks. An "insider" at Rockstar Games, the New York firm behind the series, has claimed the hotly-anticipated game could ship alongside the new PlayStation.
The Lord of The Rings: Gollum – A new Lord of the Rings game is in the works, according to rumours, telling the fall of Gollum after he discovers the ring. No word on a release date yet, but expect it to drop in late 2020 at the earliest.
Sniper Elite 5 – The Sniper Elite games have been a surprise hit, giving sharpshooters the chance to crack Nazis with head shots since 2005. Game-maker Rebellion has said it will release more details on a potential fifth instalment in 2020, so a PS5 version certainly isn't out of the picture.
