WWE: Triple H says West Ham have the pedigree to climb Premier League table
Legendary wrestler believes the win over Crystal Palace will kick-start the Hammers' season
WEST HAM have the pedigree to turn their disappointing season around, according to WWE star Triple H.
The Hammers returned to winning ways on Wednesday with a narrow 1-0 victory over Burnley.
That result moved Slaven Bilic’s men up to 16th in the Premier League table.
And the legendary grappler and 14-time WWE World Champion believes that result will kick-start their campaign.
Triple H told ITV: “They had a win. It’s momentum, in the right direction now.
“A win’s a win! You can’t take that away.
“Always believe! It’s never too late, just keep your head up.
“Where there’s a will there’s a way.”
West Ham finished seventh in the top-flight last season after winning 16 of their matches.
This week’s triumph was only their fourth of the campaign.
Triple H was in England to announce that WWE is set for a new United Kingdom champion – with a tournament made up of British and Irish wrestlers to take place in Blackpool in January.
