Who is Sam Querrey?
Aside from a remarkable sports career, the American has also featured on reality television to aid his quest for love.
The 29-year-old featured on US reality TV show Millionaire Matchmaker, hosted by Patti Stanger.
He was born in San Francisco, where he actually turned down a scholarship offer to turn pro.
Following advice from his father and a regretted decision to play baseball instead, Querrey turned his focus on tennis and never looked back.
What has Sam Querrey won?
The 6'6" professional has won nine titles during his remarkable singles career.
Querrey reached the semi-finals of the 2015 US Open in men's doubles with Steve Johnson and the final of the mixed double event in the same tournament.
He is renowned for his powerful serve and he continues to hold the record for consecutive aces.
Last year he knocked out Novak Djokovic in the third round at Wimbledon to inflict the Serb's first Grand Slam defeat in over a year.
And that feat was trumped by this year's incredible quarter-final victory over home favourite Andy Murray.
Querrey emerged 3-6, 6-4, 6-7, 6-1, 6-1 winner on Centre Court.
