Darren Till to meet welterweight Jorge Masvidal at UFC London main event in March

DARREN TILL will meet welterweight Jorge Masvidal at UFC London on March 16.
The Liverpudlian was last seen losing to Tyron Woodley in September as the American submitted Till inside two rounds.
report that UFC president Dana White confirmed Till and Masvidal will headline the show.
After losing to Woodley, Till hinted he could move up to middleweight having had problems making the welterweight limit.
Yet the 25-year-old has previously expressed his desire to fight former two-weight UFC champion Conor McGregor at 170lbs.
And it seems Till is not yet done with the division after agreeing to meet No9 ranked Masvidal.
Masvidal is riding off a two fight losing streak after dropping decision losses to Demian Maia and Stephen ‘Wonderboy’ Thompson.
In May last year Till secured the title shot against Woodley after he outpointed Thompson at UFC London in a tight contest.
As Till and Masvidal are set to headline the show - with Conor McGregor’s training partner Gunnar Nelson linked with a co-main event bout against Brit Leon Edwards.
Woodley is set to defend his UFC welterweight title at UFC 235 in March in Las Vegas against Kamaru Usman.
Colby Covington was set to receive the title shot, however, White confirmed in it would be Usman who gets the next shot at the 170lbs title.
