CLASH OF TITANS

Martyn Ford dubbed the ‘scariest man on planet’ set to fight ‘Iranian Hulk’ in epic MMA debut

Tribal-tattooed Brit Ford has transformed himself from skinny wannabe cricket star to bodybuilder — and at 6ft 8in and 22st 8lb, he is set to fight 28 STONE Sajad Gharibi

A BODYBUILDER branded "the scariest man in the world" has been signed up to fight an Iranian man mountain who has vowed to take on Isis.

Tribal tattooed Brit Martyn Ford has transformed himself from skinny wannabe cricket star to bodybuilder — and at 6ft 8in and 22st 8lb, he makes a mean prospect in mixed martial arts.

But after signing up for Polish MMA organisation Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki (KSW), Ford is set to take to the cage opposite Iranian ace Sajad Gharibi, nicknamed the 'Iranian Hulk'.

The 6ft 1in chunk of muscle might be seven inches shorter than Ford, but he weighs in at a whopping 28 STONE.

Gharibi once pledged to help the fight against Isis — and you would not bet against the powerlifter being able to take on terrorists on his own.

Neither man has fought in mixed martial arts before, but Gharibi is reported to have a grounding in wrestling, which remains popular in his native country.

Ford has pictures on his Instagram with his two young daughters and shared a selfie with WWE legend Hulk Hogan.

He also has an incredible image of himself as a youngster, drinking beers, at least half the size he is today.

Ford chomps down on a dinner of 20 egg whites, three whole eggs, 300g of cottage cheese, soy sauce and olive oil — a concoction that would surely make Jamie Oliver gag.

The actor has been in various TV shows and films, but has yet to make a big break.

And he was also used as the model for the stealth PS4 video game Hitman.

The body builder also has a wicked sense of humour.

He posted a hilarious picture of him and his daughter enjoying a rather uneven play on a seesaw.

In the caption he said: "Many people ask, how to measure weight when bulking!!!

"Simple, place a small child on a sea-saw, the further they fly, the heavier you're getting."
