The former two-weight world champ has stayed stateside since his devastating loss and injury sustained against Dustin Poirier.

For the most part they've remained in California but he has ventured out to a few different states across the east coast too.

Among them was Florida as he was .

Although McGregor himself has spoken about potentially returning to the octagon ahead of schedule, UFC chief Dana White seems more keen on him sticking with the medical prognosis of that not being possible for 9-12 months.

He has said: “This kid needs to heal up. I don’t know how fast that leg is going to recover.

“It’s basically going to be all about when can he start kicking again and, more importantly, when can he start taking kicks again.

“That will determine when he fights again.”
