WE’RE Kyn the money at Doncaster (3.35).
KYNREN can take a more open running of the Lincoln than the betting might suggest.
He ran well in a succession of big handicaps last season, finishing the campaign less than two lengths off the pace in the Balmoral at Ascot. He’s down the weights since then and should run a big race.
Ripp Orf is another regular in the frame for races like this.
He landed two big wins at the Queen's track last term and will be right there again.
The bookies have latched on to Auxerre after his efforts on the all-weather. This is a big hike in class but he’s clearly going places. Humbert is another to watch on this debut for David O'Meara.

Army can win a battle for the Cammidge Trophy at Doncaster (1.50).
INVICIBLE ARMY is best when fresh as he showed when winning the Group 3 Pavilion Stakes at Ascot early last season.
He then stepped up a level to be beaten in a photo for the red-hot Sandy Lane Stakes at Haydock. He was far from disgraced in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot before finding the ground too quick at Newbury when last seen in July.
Trainer James Tate has his horses in good form and his best efforts would be more than good enough for this.
Arbalet is interesting dropping in distance after seemingly not getting home over 7f at York last time out in August. He was in the firing line for a long way there and showed a lot of pace.
LATEST IN HORSE RACING
AEOLUS looks a big price in Kempton’s 2.40.
This eight-year-old has left Ed Walker to join Ruth Carr who has a happy knack at improving new arrivals. Even a horse of this age can be pepped up by a change of scenery and his last run at Doncaster was encouraging.
He was beaten less than a length in a decent handicap there over this distance and is just 1lb higher in the weights now. This looks an open race and he can go close at each-way odds.
Soldier’s Minute is the obvious danger after winning with plenty in hand over course and distance last time out. He’s up 10lb for that but should be right there again.

DESERT WIND can blow them away in Kempton’s Rosebery Handicap (3.15).
He goes well when fresh and was good enough to finish fourth in the ultra-tough Britannia Stakes at the Royal meeting despite meeting trouble in running. He then had just one more start at Newmarket in July.
He’s come back to win after a long break before and looks well handicapped if showing anything like his best form.
Forbidden Planet is a threat despite being turned over when odds-on at Chelmsford last time. He earlier landed two wins at Lingfield and that form would see him go close.
