Cheltenham Festival runner-up Rather Be to tackle Kempton assignment this weekend
Nicky Henderson's classy handicapper will aim to get his season back on track in the 888Sport Handicap Chase on Saturday
RATHER BE will aim to resurrect his campaign with in the 888Sport Handicap Chase at Kempton on Saturday.
The eight-year-old hasn't been seen since finishing down the field in the Caspian Caviar Gold Cup.
One of last year's most promising novices, he was beaten just a head in the Close Brothers Novice Handicap at the Cheltenham Festival last year.
Since then he's only been seen twice - when brought down in the Betvictor Gold Cup before not firing a month later - and owner Matt Morgan believes he has plenty more left to give.
He said: "He worked with Ok Corral yesterday, and worked well.
"When he got brought down in the BetVictor Gold Cup he was travelling so well we really fancied him in December - but we just couldn't explain it.

"We had his wind checked and everything. The weather turned horrific - and whether he got a bit spooked I don't know - but he never looked happy from jumping the first, and that's just not him.
"If any horse should have travelled through the race it was him. But he was never going - he was just out of sorts.
"It's a competitive enough race for the prize money, but maybe not as much as it has been in previous years because it could be a reduced field."
