Templegate’s racing tips: Chepstow, Kempton, Lingfield and Musselburgh – Templegate’s betting preview for racing on Friday, January 18

Chepstow, Kempton, Lingfield and Musselburgh come under the spotlight as Templegate gives you his best bets for the day

WHERE there’s a Will there’s a way.

JOHN WILLIAMS (3.30 Musselburgh, nap) loves this track and is at his best on decent ground.

1

He won here last month before running a sound race on soft going at Ayr and he tends to hold his form well.

GORGEOUS NOORA (2.30 Lingfield, nb) won twice on the all-weather when trained by Luca Cumani and she made a promising debut for Archie Watson over this track and trip last weekend. She has a lot in her favour.

BARBROOK STAR (1.05 Chepstow, treble) looks really well weighted on his close third to useful Glen Forsa over today’s course and distance.

The track didn’t appear to suit him at Warwick last month and this is a slight drop in class.
