BULLY'S BANKERS

Best horse racing tips for today’s action at Wolverhampton, Lingfield and Musselburgh from Tom Bull

Don't miss out on Tom Bull's best bets at Monday's three meetings

THERE'S no hiding place in this wonderful game.

I had my dancing shoes on at a wedding over the weekend and was taken aback when I was recognised on the dancefloor in the middle of a Lionel Richie number.

The punter thanked me for the winners over the past week and before I could blush he whisked me off to the bar and bought me a pint of Bully's Bitter.

He told me they'd brewed it especially after a week of milking the bookies.

I was honoured and promised I would keep up the good work. That starts right away as a new week kicks into action and I shake off this awful hangover.

Lingfield

2.00 Chief Brody - This lightly-tried seven-year-old ran a blinder to come second after a lengthy layoff.

He's up 4lbs for that effort behind a well-handicapped Philip Hobbs horse but will be favoured by this return to soft ground.

James Bowen is back in the saddle and I expect this chap to win comfortably off this lowly mark.

Wolverhampton

6.00 Foxy Forever - I'm not one to shy away from horses at juicy-prices and Michael Wigham's sprinter takes my fancy here.

He looks well-treated on plenty of his old form and the break should have done him the world of good.

Franny Norton is usually lighting on the all weather circuit and the draw in three is bang on for him to strike.

Bully's Monday Bankers

2.00 Lingfield - Chief Brody
6.00 Wolverhampton - Foxy Forever

12.15 Musselburgh - Nendrum

Musselburgh

12.15 Nendrum - Sandy Thomson had a weekend to remember at Kelso and that feeling should roll into Monday.

Nendrum is unlikely to be much of a price but was nailed on to win last time out before falling.

So long as his jumping holds up I can't see the Scottish not taking the opener in their own back yard.
