King George picture clears up with the likes of Might Bite, Altior, Native River and Footpad among 33 entries

THE National Hunt big guns have taken aim at Kempton's King George with 33 entries confirmed.
The Boxing Day showpiece is always a cracker and with the likes of Might Bite, Footpad and Altior in the mix, the stars are aligning again.
Might Bite will be looking to make it back-to-back King George wins at a track he loves, with Nicky Henderson also giving the likes of Altior, Terrefort and Top Notch the option.
Colin Tizzard has entered stars Native River and Thistlecrack, while Paul Nicholls has five in Politologue, Black Corton, Clan des Obeaux, Cyrname and Frodon.
The Irish could have a stronger hand than in recent years with Willie Mullins and Gordon Elliot well represented at this stage.
Mullins has the exciting Footpad entered while Elliot could run Gold Cup hope Shattered Love.
Noel Meade has enjoyed a strong start to this campaign and has given the Kempton option to Road To Respect, Snow Falcon and Disko.
Waiting Patiently is an interesting contender for Yorkshire-based trainer Ruth Jefferson.
