Best horse racing tips: Sun Racing’s top picks for today’s racing at Redcar, Wolverhampton, Kempton and Exeter

Don't miss out on Sun Racing's best bet and each-way shot at all of today's meetings

ALL eyes will be on Exeter today as they have their day in the sun, with the Grade 2 Haldon Cup the centrepiece.

The quick ground means we're short on runners but there's plenty elsewhere and we've picked out our strongest fancies across the cards.

1

Redcar

Best bet

12.15 King Of Comedy - The form of his Sandown win is red hot and there's big hopes for this horse. If he has Classic ambitions he should be romping home here despite the penalty.

Each way

1.55 Tommy G - Yet to win with 'soft' in the going but has gone mighty close on occasions. His Donny effort last time was top notch and reads well at this level. Has a huge chance.

Wolverhampton

Best bet

12.35 Jem Scuffle - Well backed on handicap debut and only found one too good after travelling the best. This is tougher, even for a Class 6, but I'm expectant he can go one better and learn from last time.

Each way

2.15 Just Glamorous - A wide open handicap full of pace and off this mark it's worth chancing this speedball each-way. Better than a handicapper on his day and has dropped down the weights significantly.

Kempton

Best bet

6.30 Espresso Freddie - Very unlucky last time out when backed into favourite. Struck by a rival and badly hampered amongst other traffic problems. Has dropped another pound in the weights and should be primed to pounce here.

Each way

4.30 Magic Mirror - Drops into a Class 6 at a track she loves and should go mighty close at juicy odds. Under a different trainer you'd think she'd be plenty shorter in the betting.

Exeter

Best bet

2.05 Diego Du Charmil - Sometimes you just can't look past the favourite and that's the case here. He's terrific first time out and won't mind the quick surface compared to some.

Each way

3.45 Kalifourchon - Has showed he's due a win recently and looks on a good mark. Goes well on quick ground and the stable have found their feet in recent weeks.
