1.30 Carlisle - Risk And Roll

Paul Nicholls' talented four-year-old had some solid form over hurdles last season.

He shaped with plenty of promise when second on his chasing debut and should be a good deal sharper now.

The gelding is a strong traveller and will appreciate the forecast good ground for his in-form yard.

2.40 Carlisle - Lough Derg Jewel

Successful twice over fences at Ayr last year and ran better than the result suggests when beaten at Perth last time.

Will be a lot sharper with that outing under his belt, while this stiff track will also play to his strengths.

Donald McCain continues in good form and he looks on a fair mark.
