The one that immediately catches the eye is the improving RAPID APPLAUSE.
Mick Easterby's six-year-old has won his last two starts in impressive fashion, is well drawn in stall three and gets the services of Frankie Dettori.
Global Applause has dropped down the weights and is feared most, while Shamshon got his head back in front last time and can make his presence felt.
Verdict: 1. Rapid Applause 2. Global Applause 3. Shamshon

The six-year-old has not won since, but he came back to form when second at Ayr last time and he has dropped to a kind mark.
Master Carpenter is another who is well-handicapped on his old form, while History Writer and Communique are also worth a place on the shortlist.

Race 3 - 3.00 188Bet Casino Atalanta Stakes (Group 3)
Veracious sets the standard following her placed efforts in Group 1 company this season.
However, the value could lie with LAUGH ALOUD who returns from a lay-off. She looked a superstar in the making when winning a Group 3 last year.
Course and distance winner Awesome Tank is the best of the rest.
Verdict: 1. Laugh Aloud 2. Veracious 3. Awesome Tank
Race 4 - 3.35 188Bet Solario Stakes (Group 3)
This race was won by Derby hero Masar 12 months ago, and there is plenty of potential on show again.
DUNKERRON would not be able to run in the Derby being a gelding, but he brings some rock-solid Group form to the table.
He looked the likeliest winner in the Vintage Stakes at Glorious Goodwood before he was caught late by the exciting Dark Vision, but he can gain compensation eased slightly in class.
Too Darn Hot impressed when winning on his debut at this course and has been all the rage in the betting, though this is a tough ask on just his second start.
Royal Ascot winner Arthur Kitt will love this stiff track and could pose a bigger threat to the selection, while Confiding is open to further progress on his third start.
Verdict: 1. Dunkerron 2. Arthur Kitt 3. Too Darn Hot
Race 5 - 4.10 188Bet Supports The Nspcc Nursery Handicap
EVEN KEEL deservedly got his head in front at Newbury last time.
He is fancied to build on that confidence booster and follow up with this course expected to suit.
Barristan The Bold didn't get the breaks at Goodwood last time and is the main danger ahead of Uncle Jerry.
Verdict: 1. Even Keel 2. Barristan The Bold 3. Uncle Jerry
Race 6 - 4.45 188Bet Mobile Bet10 Get20 Handicap
DRAGONS VOICE had some useful form for Phillip Hide and makes his debut for up-and-comer David Menuisier.
He remains open to progress and will appreciate a bit of cut in the ground.
The consistent Abel Tasman can go close from a good draw, while Roller caught the eye at Thirsk and now has Dettori on board.
Verdict: 1. Dragons Voice 2. Abel Tasman 3. Roller
Race 7 - 5.20 Read Silvestre De Sousa At 188Bet Handicap
DARK PEARL has been a little disappointing for Ed Walker so far this year having run with such promise last season.
He hasn't been seeing his races out over further, so he is worth one more chance back down in trip.
Compton Mill has only gone up 2lb for his course and distance win and can chase home the selection, with Man Of Harlech next best.
Verdict: 1. Dark Pearl 2. Compton Mill 3. Man Of Harlech
