Today’s horse racing tips: Three longshots to fill your pockets on Tuesday, July 31

Don't miss out on these each-way bets for Tuesday, July 31

THERE'S some cracking action on the Flat today, especially with the five-day Glorious Goodwood festival getting underway.

Value is the name of the game, so side with these longshots and make some big profit from small stakes.

In the Lennox Stakes at Goodwood, HERE COMES WHEN (3.00) looks a cracking bet.

Andrew Balding's eight-year-old caused an upset in the Group 1 Sussex Stakes at the meeting last season.

That came on testing going, and Goodwood received plenty of rain on Sunday to take the sting out of the ground.

He is down in class this year, clearly loves the track and should have a strong pace to aim at.

Up at Beverley, take a chance of David Barron's SCUZEME (3.50).

The four-year-old has been off since running a good second at Wolverhampton in February.

The return to turf is no problem and he has slipped to a tasty-looking mark of 74.

His trainer is in good form and this is the gelding's easiest task for a while.

5.05 Yarmouth - Compton Poppy: 'Good fourth last time and found a weak race on first start for Robert Cowell' Bet here

COMPTON POPPY (5.05) can bloom at Yarmouth.

The filly caught the eye when running a nice fourth dropped to 5f last time out.

She runs over the same trip on her first start for new trainer Robert Cowell.

She has run well off higher marks in the past and has been found a weak race today.
