Tip Two Win likely to be eased in class and trip at Glorious Goodwood
Roger Teal's 2000 Guineas runner-up set to tackle the Lennox Stakes later this month
CLASSIC runner-up Tip Two Win is likely to take aim at the Lennox Stakes at Glorious Goodwood.
Roger Teal's classy three-year-old has finished second in the 2000 Guineas and fourth in the St James's Palace Stakes on his last two starts.
Both of those Group 1 contests are over a mile, but he is set to step back slightly in trip for the Group 2 Lennox over 7f on 31 July.
The son of Dark Angel outran his 50-1 price tag to chase home Saxon Warrior in the Guineas, finishing ahead of the Derby winner Masar.
However, his effort flattened out inside the final furlong at Royal Ascot in the St James's Palace, and Teal believes a drop in trip will suit.
Teal said: "He's entered in the Lennox and that's a possibility, we're just really playing it by ear at the moment and we will see how he is later in the month.

"We've not ruled out supplementing for the Sussex, but he is a May foal, so I'm just a little bit concerned about taking on the older horses over a mile.
"He might be better taking them on over seven furlongs as he was such a late foal.
"He took a while to get settled at Ascot, so maybe dropping back to seven furlongs with a stronger pace would help him settle a bit quicker.
"Obviously things can change, we'll see how he is towards the end of the month and he can tell us what to do."
