Aidan O'Briens ace is odds-on to secure his second Group 1 of the season after winning the 2000 Guineas at Newmarket.
According to the bookmakers his main threat will be Mark Johnston's Dee Ex Bee, who was second at Epsom.
The Johnston yard have hit a purple patch at the right time and his horse is guaranteed to stay.
Old Persian has been supplemented for the race after his Group 2 win at Royal Ascot.
O'Brien also runs The Pentagon, Delano Roosevelt and Rostropovich, while Knight To Behold is another English challenger.
