ROBSDELIGHT has had three runs this season with two good efforts at Doncaster including last time in a better race than this. He goes on quicker ground today and there’s no reason why he won’t handle it.

COMPLETION makes his handicap debut from what looks a fair mark after three good runs at maiden level. He won at Newcastle before improving in better company at Lingifeld last time. There should be a lot more to come and his trainer is in excellent form.

SHOVEL IT ON is taking a big drop in class after running better than eighth place suggests at Windsor last time out. That was over 6f but he has winning form over this trip at handicap level and goes on any ground.

CRYSTAL SPIRIT ran a good race on comeback at Yarmouth last time out, going down in a bobbing finish. That was over this trip off this handicap mark and he appreciates a quick surface.

A few in this race are making their handicap debut including IF WE CAN CAN who has been gelded since last season. He should appreciate this step up in distance and wouldn’t have to be anything special to take this modest contest.
