MIGHTY THUNDER (5.10 Perth, nb) won a bumper at this track last summer. He’s struggled on deep ground this winter but his third behind Cool Mix at Kelso in January makes him very interesting.
AWAKE AT MIDNIGHT (2.45 Warwick, treble) has been placed in all four of his hurdles starts. The step up in distance should do the trick.
