Steve Mullen guides you through Monday's racing at Kelso and Windsor
KELSO

This is a hefty drop in class for DELIRE D’ESTRUVAL who was last seen running midfield in the Martin Pipe at the Cheltenham Festival.
He had earlier cruised home to win at Towcester in similar company to today’s. The trip and soft ground shouldn’t be a problem.
Calix Delafayette looks the forecast pick after showing some promise on his hurdling debut at Hexham last time.
CHICORIA can be hit and miss but it was very much a going day at Ayr last time when he won in a battling finish. That was over a similar trip in the same ground and a 4lb rise in the weights looks fair enough.Geronimo has hit the crossbar on all three of his hurdles runs so far and relished 3m1f at Carlisle last time. The testing ground will bring his stamina into play.

TIKKANDEMICKEY has been very consistent in defeat this season with three good efforts in a row at Carlisle. He is gradually getting a bit of help from the handicapper and will relish this testing ground.
So Satisfied wasn’t at his best when fourth at Musselburgh last time but earlier won well at Catterick and could easily bounce back.

BUFFALO BALLET has been knocking on the door and was an excellent second at Haydock last time out. He has no problem seeing out this trip with heavy ground not an issue. He looks handicapped to go very close again.
Looksnowtlikebrian kept up his excellent run of form when winning at Ayr last time and he stayed this trip when second at Chepstow before Christmas. He won’t be far away again.

MUMGOS DEBUT likes soft ground and was coming with a good run before being hampered at Ayr last time out. He still finished fourth and has dropped 2lb since then.
The trip’s fine and he should be in the mix again. Las Tunas may have won at Market Rasen last time had he not made a late mistake. He’s another coming down the weights who should run well.

This is tricky as it’s hard to have confidence about any of them. LOUGH DERG ISLAND has plenty of experience under Rules and has tasted success as a hurdler. He has won a couple of times in the pointing field and this looks a pretty weak contest.
For Yes hasn’t shown a lot but has few miles on the clock so is capable of improvement.

TETRAITES STYLE has shaped as though a step up from 2m would suit and he gets to go a bit further today. He showed promise at Hexham two starts ago before a flatter effort there last time. He’s had a wind op since which could help too.
Make It Happen likes it around here and was second before unseating on his most recent visit. He’s had a quiet season and is fairly handicapped now.
