Harry Fry’s Unowhatimeanharry set to run on Saturday at Aintree racecourse
STAR hurdler Unowhatimeanharry makes his seasonal reappearance in the Read Noel Fehily At 188Bet Hurdle at Aintree on Saturday.
The nine-year-old was last seen winning the Champion Stayers Hurdle at Punchestown and makes an earlier return to action after originally being aimed at Newbury on December 2.
"Aintree wasn't on the radar, but he's so well at home and this race fits in nicely," Harry Fry told Press Association Sport.
"He's got an 8lb penalty, but it will certainly be nice to see him b ack in action and we're looking forward to it."
Unowhatimeanharry concedes 8lb to just two opponents in the two-and-a-half-mile contest.
Top Notch did well as a novice chaser last term, winning four times before finding only Yorkhill too strong in the JLT at Cheltenham.
He reverts to the smaller obstacles for the first time since finishing fifth behind Annie Power in the 2016 Champion Hurdle.
Trainer Nicky Henderson said: "There's only three runners and this is a perfect starting point for us all really.
