Horse racing tips: Exeter, Redcar, Wolverhampton and Kempton – Steve Mullen’s betting preview for Tuesday November 7

SILVER KAYF was tanking along on his hurdling debut at Warwick last time only to come down three from home. That’s never a positive but he was showing lots of ability until that tumble and has been given a month off to recover. He looks the best prospect in the race if over that mishap.

DYNAMITE DOLLARS has the best hurdling form on show thanks to a convincing win on debut at Chepstow last time out. He even managed to shrug of a big mistake two out to score with plenty in hand. There should be a lot more to come and this trip looks ideal.

POLITOLOGUE was denied a Grade 1 chase win at Aintree in April when seeming to trip up after jumping the final fence in front. That was after finishing a solid fourth in the Golden Miller at the Cheltenham Festival. He likes this trip and looks set for a big season, which can start by taking this nice prize.

BALLYOPTIC should improve on his comeback run from a long break when he was fifth at Newton Abbot last time. He held his own in Grade 1 company last season and is at his best over this trip. He likes to go from the front and should be able to dominate this small field.

ABOVE BOARD looked a natural when winning on his chasing debut at Worcester last time out. He saw out the slightly shorter trip well and didn’t make any mistakes. He won’t be much of a price here but looks hard to beat.

FRASER CANYON is dropping slightly in distance here, which looks a wise move after he didn’t quite get home at Fontwell last time. That could also be down to his lack of a recent run and  that won’t be an issue today. He looks on a fair mark and should be competitive.

NORSE LIGHT ran his best race for a long time when second here last time out. The handicapper has been fair with a 1lb rise for that effort and the opposition here doesn’t look any hotter. Conditions should suit too.
