INDIANA DAWN went close over a mile at Yarmouth last time in a better race than this. She likes this ground and is on a fair mark for this step up in distance. If she stays she should win.

GROUNDUT has been gelded since showing some promise earlier this summer. He shapes as though this 7f distance will suit well and his best effort came on similar ground to this.

He wouldn’t have to improve to take this.

LADY MOREL dug deep to win a big-field contest here and last time and has shown all her best form at Brighton. A 1lb rise in the weights for that victory looks fair and she goes on any ground.

This looks wide open and GOOD BUSINESS showed promise when fourth here last time out. She gets better ground than the soft surface she faced there which could help and there should be improvement to come.

MARIE OF LYON was too bad to be true at Hamilton last time and is capable of a lot better than that. She’s had a bit of help from the handicapper and has run in some much stronger races than this.

Today’s trip suits and she could bounce back.

SAMPAQUITA has had a quiet time in three maidens and starts off handicapping from a lowly mark. She is also taking a fair hike in distance here which can only help matters.

Market support would be very interesting.

WITH APPROVAL has been put up just 3lb for a game win here last time out. He’s won better races than today’s and this is very much his best trip. This looks wide open but he should be right there again.

Silvestre De Sousa takes over on the consistent THE BIG SHORT and he can build on a close-up second at Goodwood last time out. He was leading until the final few yards there and this looks a slightly weaker race.
