Royal Ascot 2017 – September wins the Chesham Stakes for Aidan O’Brien and Ryan Moore

Nyaleti set a good pace from the front but September showed she had plenty of stamina as she gradually got to the winner to run out a cosy winner in the end

However, the well punted Masar was chasing hard as was Aidan O’Brien’s September.

Ryan Moore kept his cool and September gradually reeled Nyaleti in to run out an impressive winner of the race.

Nyaleti held on for second with Masar in third.

Moore said: “She travelled like the winner the whole way, the Johnston horse went a good gallop and kept going, but I was always confident I would win.
