The betting will be a good guide to her chances, while Richard Hannon’s Cheeky Rascal should also be respected if the market moves.

JACK NEVISON is a tentative vote in a woeful race. He showed some promise for Henry Candy over this trip last season and was entitled to need his comeback at Yarmouth last time after a long layoff.

HAKEEM looks ready for this step up in trip after being good enough to win over a mile at Yarmouth on his debut.
His pedigree suggests he’ll stay and the way he stayed on strongly last time confirms that view. He should be open to a good amount of improvement.

VERITY is bred to be classy and should relish this mile trip on debut. Trainer Sir Michael Stoute has been enjoying a high strike-rate lately and a market move would be telling.
Soqrat is another who looks promising on pedigree while Ebtkaar should step forward from his one run in a Wolverhampton maiden last year.

This looks a nice maiden and POWDERHOUSE can come out on top. He ran a promising race on debut at Wetherby last time (it’s a Flat track too these days!).
He was coming with a strong run when being blocked off at a crucial moment and then eased. Cheekpieces have been applied today and that might help too.

BLETCHLEY is interesting because she looked destined for great things after finishing a short-head second in the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot last season.
She was then upped to Group 2 company for a solid effort at Newmarket before finishing her campaign with a modest effort at Ayr. This is a big drop in class from those races and should help her chances.

FLYBOY ran well at Carlisle when a close up third over this trip last time out. He may have won that had his challenge started a little sooner as he finished full of running.
Connections should have learned from that and he has strong claims off the same mark.

INTIMATELY goes well here and will be happy to feel a bit of juice in the ground. He managed to win at Salisbury last time despite missing the kick and is effectively only 1lb higher in the weights here.
This trip is ideal and he should run well again.
