BUSTAM is nicely bred and trainer John Quinn is more than capable of getting a juvenile ready for its debut.
He comes from a family that has had winners over this trip and the hood on first-time suggests that this isn’t an educational outing.

DUNCAN OF SCOTLAND is going for a hat-trick of wins and should be just far enough ahead of the handicapper to manage it.
He has won both his races a little cheekily, including one over course and distance earlier this month. His is best over this trip and the ground is ideal.
3.20
SEA OF GREEN didn’t enjoy being dropped back to the minimum trip at Hamilton last time and should be much happier today.
She was a close second when tackling this course and distance 17 days ago and a 2lb rise in the weights gives her every chance of going close again.
3.50
RURAL CELEBRATION usually runs in better races than this and looked a little rusty in a Listed contest at Nottingham 11 days ago.
That was fair enough after six months off and a change of stable. This is a big drop in class and she has tasted success over trip and track before. Her rider takes a handy 5lb off which won’t do any harm either.

NICHOLAS T has been unlucky not to land a hat-trick of wins with two good runs since his win at Donny in April.
He went down in a bobbing finish over course and distance earlier this month before not getting the run of the race at Hamilton last time, losing by a neck.
He’s just 3lb higher in the weights for what looks a softer race. The ground suits and he should gain compensation.
4.50
ARITHMETIC has improved since moving to the excellent Ruth Carr and looks ready to win.
He was an excellent third off this mark over course and distance last time when he did a bit too much too soon. Lessons should have been learned from that and he should run well off the same mark.

NEZWAAH was last seen finishing within two lengths of the lead in a Canadian Group 1 over this trip so will relish this drop in grade.
She has already proven herself at this Listed level when winning at Newcastle last term and looks the type to improve with age.
5.55
REMEMBER ROCKY is capable of running well at a fair price. He looked in need of the run when down the field here last time but he was coming back from almost nine months off.
He put in some good efforts over this trip without winning last term and has had some help from the handicapper, which could make all the difference in a tight race.
