Irish Grand National tips
Tiger Roll could yet win a Grand National this year — the Irish one at Fairyhouse on Easter Monday.
And the way he breezed around the cross-country course to win at the Cheltenham Festival last time, he would have a massive chance of success.
It’s strange to think that the double Aintree Grand National hero has gone a full four years since winning a race over conventional fences.
That was the 2017 National Hunt Chase at Cheltenham over four miles and his staying power would be a massive asset if he lines up at Fairyhouse.

Connections say they will use a claiming jockey which could give him the sort of weight that Our Duke carried when winning this four years ago.
Denise Foster has other good chances including Escaria Ten who was a good third in this year’s NH Chase at Cheltenham. It’s still early days for him and he had no issue seeing out the trip.
The Big Dog would be an interesting runner after winning the trial for this race at Punchestown in February. He needs to prove his liking for better ground but has a big engine and trainer Peter Fahey is going well.
Paul Nolan is another handler having a good season and his Latest Exhibition has long had this race as a target. He was second at Grade 1 level last time and his trainer thinks this marathon trip will be ideal.
