And she recorded more victories with Bob Olinger and Sir Gerhard on Wednesday.

But arguably none caught the eye quite as much as her foot-perfect ride on Allaho in the Ryanair Chase.

The Willie Mullins-trained horse cruised to a 12-length win over 11-2 shot Fakir D'oudairies, with 25-1 outsider Tornado Flyer in third.

Victory here secured owners a first-place prize of £150,000.

But it is Blackmore - the superstar jockey who never thought she would ride for a living - who deserves all the plaudits.

And she said afterwards: "For a jockey when you're getting legged up on these kind of horses for Willie Mullins, Henry de Bromhead they just know their job. It's fantastic.

"He was just jumping and travelling. He's just a real galloper, that's how I rode him. It was either going to work or it wasn't – and it worked."

SunSport columnist Matt Chapman called her the 'queen of Cheltenham' on ITV coverage.

And Blackmore added: "It's brilliant for everyone and it's an unbelievable position I am in."

The jockey has a science degree and asked if that gave her an edge because she was smarter than others, Blackmore said: "No… I'm a hell of a lot luckier!"
