LIVERPOOL reportedly hope to fly in under-the-radar and nab Dortmund starlet Jude Bellingham while Premier League rivals are distracted by Erling Haaland.
Anfield boss Jurgen Klopp has as his key target next summer to bolster his aging midfield.
The 18-year-old star is hardly an unknown quantity - he has already won ten England caps and a starting role in the Dortmund squad.
And according to the , move would likely cost the Reds a whopping club-record £90million.
But several of Liverpool’s rivals are thought to be intent on landing his team-mate Haaland instead.
Manchester United, Chelsea and Man City are understood to be tracking the prolific striker, who has a £64million release clause.
That would represent a bargain for the Norway international, who has 72 goals in 71 appearances since signing for Dortmund in January 2020.
Klopp is eager to reinforce a midfield where his main options include 31-year-old Jordan Henderson and Fabinho, 28.
