Tottenham transfer news: Wolfsburg make £25m offer for South Korean star Heung-min Son
The 24-year-old forward is yet to appear in Spurs' three Premier League games this season after playing at Rio 2016
TOTTENHAM'S Heung-min Son is the subject of a £25million bid from Wolfsburg.
According to German newspaper , the Bundesliga club are interested in the South Korean forward after he failed to make a big impact in the Premier League.
Spurs could make a profit on the 24-year-old star after splashing out £22million to sign him from Bayer Leverkusen last August.
Son scored eight goals in 41 appearances for Spurs last season, failing to match his 14 goals in 38 games for Leverkusen in the 2014/15 campaign.
He is yet to feature in Spurs' three Premier League games this season, despite the club only managing three goals, after representing South Korea at Rio 2016.
The forward scored twice as his nation made it to the quarter-finals of the Olympics football tournament, including a penalty in an 8-0 thrashing of Fiji.
But South Korea were knocked out by Honduras thanks to an Elis strike.
Son was an unused substitute in their 1-1 draw against Liverpool on Saturday with boss Mauricio Pochettino preferring to bring on youngsters Joshua Onomah and Harry Winks as they looked for a winner.
His first team opportunities have also been limited after Pochettino signed Dutch forward Vincent Janssen for £18.8million.
