Martin Olsson to West Ham: Norwich ace’s agent fumes after Canaries demand more for wantaway Sweden left-back
Norwich knocked back a £3million offer but Olsson's agent Hasan Cetinkaya claimed the Canaries had broken their word
WEST HAM have upped their offer for Norwich defender Martin Olsson to £4million.
And the player’s agent has slammed the Canaries for trying to hold on to the want-away Sweden international.
The Hammers are desperate for a left-back to replace long-term injury absentee Aaron Cresswell.
Norwich knocked back a £3million offer but Olsson’s agent Hasan Cetinkaya claimed the Canaries had broken their word.
He said: “We had an agreement on a sum – now Norwich want even more. It is not acceptable that they do this.
“The danger for them is that Martin can write in a pre-contract in a few months. Then they don’t get a dime. We would prefer that he leave now and get well paid.
“Martin is very clear that he does not want to play in the Championship and wants to take the next step.”
