GARY LINEKER has launched a shocking foul-mouthed rant on Twitter about N'Golo Kante's £30million move to Chelsea.

Match of the Day host Lineker posted an astonishing message on the social network after learning Kante would be quitting Leicester to move to Stamford Bridge.

Lineker, who has 4.95million Twitter followers pulled no punches as his attempt at a joke comment backfired.

He wrote: "Seems Kante is going to join Conte, which is pretty c***y"

Kante has agreed a five-year deal to join Antonio Conte's revolution at Chelsea after a year at the King Power Stadium which saw him help the cluhb win the Premier League.

The France international is currently on holiday after playing in Euro 2016 but is expected to complete his move over the weekend.

Lineker's comment sparked a furious reaction from users of Twitter, who were stunned that the BBC host used such poor language in a public forum

Lineker later softened his stance and posted a message wishing Kante success at Chelsea.

He said: "Wish Kante well and thank him dearly. He's the main reason Leicester won the title and will make a massive difference to Chelsea's chances."

When Kante confirms his move to London he will become the second big-money buy Conte has made since taking charge of the Blues.

Chelsea snapped up Belgium's highly-rated young striker Michy Batshuayi in a £33million move from French club Marseille.

The club flew out to Austria on Friday evening as they prepare to play their first game under Conte in a pre-season game against Rapid Vienna on Saturday.
