Pep Guardiola settles into life in Manchester by going for a drink and dinner at a city centre tapas bar
New City boss enjoys a taste of home as he shuns the chips and gravy in the north-west
PEP GUARDIOLA may be settling in to life as new Manchester City boss - but he still hankers over a little taste of home.
Guardiola is embracing life in the north-west since taking charge at the Etihad Stadium last month.
But the former Barcelona boss last night snubbed the chips and gravy diet in favour of something a little more familiar.
Guardiola made the short walk from his city centre apartment to join friends for a relaxing dinner and drink at a tapas bar.
The ex-Bayern Munich manager tucked into his favourite dishes from home as he chatted and laughed with pals.
And after two hours at the popular Lunyar Tapas Bar he made the short walk back home to get a good night's rest before resuming pre-season training with City today.
Guardiola has been busy planning changes to his squad as he looks to build a team capable of challenging for the Premier League title again.
